Refund/ Return Policy

At AMIRA & BRO we strive to make your personalized jewelry as memorable as the moments its memorializes.

Our Refund Policy lasts 7 days, and only covers defective items or items damaged in transit. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.  Please reach out to us immediately and and we'll do our best to remedy this.

Our Exchange Policy last 10 days, If your item arrives incorrectly designed please reach out to us immediately and and we'll do our best to recreate your item.

Note the below for both the Refund and Exchange Policy:

1.You must return your original item before we are able to send your new item to production or issues refunds for items that were damaged or defective.

2.If you think that the item you received is damaged or incomplete, please contact us immediately.

  • Visit our contact page, select the appropriate category in the dropdown box or email us at
  • Attach a clear image of the damaged item and describe the matter.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first contact us. You must ship it back at your own expense, upon receipt of the item, we will send out a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item. 

Please Include name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund or replacement.

Personalized items are ineligible for a refund unless the item is damaged. We will not issue refunds simply because you decided that you no longer want the item.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Amira & Bro  is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Amira & Bro will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.


Cancellation Policy

  • Once your order has been submitted, Since personalized items are uniquely made for our customers we begin preparations to process your order.
  • Please let us know within 24 hours of placing your order if you want to cancel it. Please be advised that after 24 hours, a 30% restocking fee will be charged for personalized items. To cancel your order, please contact us through our chat, contact page or email us.
  • For non-personalized items, cancellation is only possible up to 48 hours.
  • Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request.
  • Your account you used to purchase your items will be refunded. It may take up to 7 business days from the day your refund was approved.

Amira & Bro reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page.
